Our promise to you

We will:

• Acknowledge all complaints promptly

• Investigate thoroughly

• Keep you informed of progress

• Do everything possible to resolve your complaint

• Use the information from your complaint to proactively improve our service in the future.

If you are still not happy

If you are still unhappy after our investigation, you may refer your case to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman, who is an independent body that adjudicates on complaints. They can be contacted at:

Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman,

Lincoln House,

Lincoln Place,

Dublin 2.

Call: 01 567 7000

We are also required to inform you that, if you purchased your insurance policy online, you can use the online European Online Dispute Resolution platform to provide details of your complaint, which we understand will then be forwarded to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman. However, this may be a slower route for handling your complaint than if you contact the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman directly.
