Digital Doctor is provided by Centric Health. This service is not intended to replace your usual GP, it is designed for episodic, once-off conditions and not for ongoing care. See your member handbook.

For more details. Where Centric Health offers an in-person follow-up appointment, these services are subject to availability and not covered under the Digital Doctor benefit. Where you have GP cover on your plan, you may be able to claim back all or part of the cost. This service is primarily intended for those who do not have an existing GP or can’t access their own GP.

Healthy Minds service provided through Telus Health. To see if your plan offers EAP, check your Table of Cover. This benefit is only available to members who are 16 years old and over.

Members 16 years+ get access to a dedicated counselling and advisory service, via telephone or webchat, and access to an online portal which provides self-assessment tools and content. If you are deemed clinically appropriate, up to 6 counselling sessions may be arranged through Telus Health via phone or video call, or in-person (for members aged 18 years and over).

Female Health Consultation is provided by Centric Health. This service is not intended to replace your usual GP, it is designed to give you expert GP advice and support in the area of female health.

This benefit gives you 50% cover towards four consultations per policy year. You pay 50% of the consultation fee at the time of booking, and Irish Life Health will pay the other 50% directly to Centric Health.
