If you own a property, you don’t have to live in it to be covered by us. If you have a  property that’s occupied by someone else, 123.ie has got you covered for incidents caused by the occupants. 

What am I covered for? 

If you’re insured with 123.ie for buildings or land you own but don’t occupy, we cover your legal liability for the accidental injury, illness or death of any person, or accidental loss of, or damage to, property caused by the occupants. 

What am I not covered for? 

Some key issues not covered:

  • Injury, death, disease or illness of any member of your household
  • Loss of, or damage to, property owned, occupied or managed by a member of your household 
  • Loss or damage due to land used for commercial or business purposes
  • Injury to any person in your employment 
  • Use of a swimming pool, hot tub, spa or jacuzzi on the property without adult supervision
