What am I covered for?
If the title deeds of your property are lost or damaged for any reason, we cover the cost of replacing them up to the value of €700 while in the property or lodged with your building society, bank or solicitor. The policy excess does not apply.

Will it affect my No Claims bonus?
No, as long as the cost doesn’t exceed €700.
