If you would like to change your preferred payment date or your bank account details you can now do this on your My123. Simply log in and go to the payment tab at the top of your account.
If you are changing your bank account, please make sure that this account can accept direct debits.
Please note that we can only set up a direct debit to an account in the policyholder or spouse/civil partner’s name.
If your payment is due within the next 10 days we may not be able to change the details in time for the next instalment so make sure to give us as much notice as possible.
