How do I cancel my policy?

Cancelling your 123.ie policy is a simple process. Call the appropriate policy support number or email info@123.ie and we will point you in the right direction.

What if I want to cancel the policy?

To cancel your policy, submit your request to 123.ie by:

Send an email to info@123.ie to get cancellation guidance tailored to your specific situation.

  2. You can also mail your cancellation request via Post to - 123.ie, RSA House, Dundrum Town Centre, Sandyford Road, Dundrum, Dublin 16, D16FC92.

If you've received your insurance certificate and disc, please destroy them. Be aware that a cancellation fee may also apply.

When you cancel at any time, we’ll refund the unused portion of your premium on a pro‑rata basis, less any fixed‑expense deduction. A cancellation fee may also apply.

How do I change my name?

To update your name on your 123.ie policy, just call our Customer Care team on 01 524 6029. They'll explain what you need and help you through it. You may also be required to provide one of the following:

  • Marriage Licence

  • Updated Driving Licence

  • Passport

If you have changed your name by deed poll, please provide a copy of the deed poll confirmation. Once we’ve verified your documents, we’ll update your policy to show your new name.

Why does 123.ie charge fees?

Our fees cover administration costs, such as policy amendments, mid‑term changes and cancellations. You can find full details in the Terms of Business document provided in your original policy pack. You can also view the latest version in our General Terms & Conditions page.
