Can I view the policy booklet?

Yes, the 123.ie policy booklet is available online. You’ll find a link to it in your policy pack, or you can view it directly on our policy documents page.

How do I nominate a third party to deal with my policy on my behalf?

You can nominate someone aged 18+ to manage your policy, giving them limited (information only) or full (changes permitted) access. Permissions can be verbal or written, depending on access level.

For details on nominating a third party, see How do I nominate a third party to manage my policy?.

My documents have been emailed to me but I cannot open them

We send most of your insurance documents as PDF attachments. If you're unable to open them, it likely means your device doesn’t have a PDF viewer installed.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Check if you already have a PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat or Preview (on Apple devices).

  • If not, download a free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader from a trusted app store or website.

  • Still stuck? Please contact our Customer Care team on 01 524 6029 or email info@123.ie for guided instructions.
