What happens after you purchase a van policy with 123.ie?
Once your Van policy is active, you'll receive your policy documents via email or post within 3–5 working days. If you haven't received your certificate or disc yet, you might need to send us extra documentation - see What happens after purchasing a van policy? for more details.
I got an error when buying online, am I covered?
If your payment to 123.ie goes through successfully, your cover kicks off from the start date and time you selected. You’ll see a confirmation screen showing the amount paid and thanking you for your purchase.
