Home Insurance - My Policy Documents
Why does my letter say RSA Insurance and not 123.ie?
How do I get a letter of indemnity for my mortgage provider?
If you added your mortgage provider’s details when setting up your home insurance policy, a letter of indemnity was included in your policy documents. This letter confirms to your mortgage provider that your home is insured.
Make sure to pass this letter on to your mortgage provider so they have it on file.
If you gave us an email address when taking out your policy, your documents—including the letter of indemnity—may have been sent electronically. It’s worth checking your inbox and spam folder just in case.
Need to add or update your mortgage details? Get in touch with our Customer Care team at 01 524 6029 or info@123.ie.
How do I find my policy number?
Your 123.ie policy number is clearly shown at the top of your insurance disc, your certificate of insurance, and on letters or emails we've sent you. Car policies start with XM (standard) or XT (telematics). Home policies begin with XH.
