Cancellation instructions can be submitted to 123.ie in writing or over the phone by the policyholder. If the insurance certificate and disc have been issued, these must be destroyed by the policyholder. A cancellation fee may apply and if you cancel your van insurance policy during the first year of insurance, the insurer's pro rata rates will apply.
