Who do I contact if there’s a medical emergency while abroad?

For Travel Insurance Customers

In the event of an emergency abroad You should contact the MAPFRE ASSISTANCE Agency Ireland 24-hour helpline number +353 91 501 674.

Give Your name, Policy Number and as much information as possible, together with a telephone number where You can be contacted day or night.

An experienced coordinator will give you all the help you need as well as authorising payment of all in-patient hospital, clinic or nursing home expenses, emergency repatriation or curtailment expenses. Unauthorised claims may not be paid so please contact them as soon as possible.
