Any medical conditions that could affect your ability to drive must be notified to the relevant Licensing Authority. Once they have confirmed that you are allowed to hold a driving licence, you should contact our Customer Care team on 01 524 6029 to update your information.
Don’t forget to let us know if your car is has been modified for your medical condition. We will need to know what modifications have been made to the car and the company that made these changes. In some cases we may need an engineer’s report. If you are the policyholder and currently have the driving of other cars extension on your policy this may be removed if you can now only drive modified cars.
