No. You may receive a reimbursement if you cancel your trip for any of the reasons outlined in your policy pack. Covered cancellation reasons include, but are not limited to, unforeseen emergencies such as illness, injury or death of you, your travelling companion and/or a relative. The cover does not include cancellation due to business obligations, change of mind or your dislike of the travel time. Pre-existing medical conditions are not covered.
