Renewing my Insurance

Will my policy automatically renew?

For Car Insurance Customers

If you paid in full last year, you will not automatically rollover and you will have the option to pay for your renewal in full or by direct debit.

We will contact you prior to your renewal date to let you know the policy is due for renewal and provide you with a renewal offer where possible.

For Home Insurance Customers

Some of our home policies, paying by direct debit, may be eligible for auto rollover. This means that your policy will renew automatically unless you ask us not to.

You will need to check your renewal offer to see if you qualify for auto rollover.

For Travel Insurance Customers

If you have an Annual Multi-Trip policy, we will aim to automatically renew your cover when it runs out unless you tell us not to. Each year we will notify you in writing at least 20 working days before the renewal date of your cover. In some cases, we may not be able to automatically renew your cover and we will let you know at the time if this is the case. If you do not want us to auto-renew your cover, call us on 091 501 677.
