Will my Car Insurance policy renew automatically?
If you paid for your Car Insurance in full last year, your policy won’t automatically renew. You’ll always have the choice to renew your policy by paying upfront again or switching to direct debit payments.
We’ll get in touch well before your renewal date to remind you and provide your renewal offer, making sure you have plenty of time to decide. If you pay by Direct Debit, your policy may automatically renew (provided certain criteria are met). We’ll confirm everything in your renewal notice.
Does my Home Insurance policy renew by itself?
Some Home Insurance policies set up with direct debit are eligible for automatic renewal (auto rollover). This convenient option means your policy will continue without interruption unless you instruct us otherwise.
