I never received my insurance certificate and disc. Can I get a copy?

How do I request a replacement certificate and disc?
- Log into your My123 account and select the documents tab.
- Request replacements by email or post directly from your account.
- Alternatively, contact our Customer Care team directly by calling 01 524 6029 or emailing info@123.ie.
Why might my certificate and disc be delayed?
If you recently bought your policy, delays may happen if we haven't yet received essential documents from you. Make sure you've provided:
- Proof of your no-claims bonus or named driving experience.
- Copies (front and back) of all drivers’ licences listed on your policy.
We may also occasionally need copies of your current NCT and tax disc.
Where do I send these documents?
Submit your documents easily by:
- Uploading directly here.
- Emailing them to info@123.ie.
- Posting to:
123.ie, RSA House, Dundrum Town Centre, Sandyford Road, Dundrum, Dublin 16.
Please submit everything within 10 days of your policy start date to avoid potential cancellation notices.
How quickly will my documents arrive?
