If your policy is due for renewal, your no claims bonus is included in your renewal offer pack that was sent to you. You can access a copy of your renewal offer on your portal account where you can print this off.
If you have an email address on your policy, we may have emailed this document to you otherwise this would have been posted to you. This is your original no claims bonus and can be printed for your new insurer.
If your policy was cancelled mid-term, we would have issued you with a no claims bonus provided there was no money outstanding on the policy.
If you would like us to email or post this document to you, please contact our Customer Care team who will issue this to you free of charge. If you are emailing us, it must come from the email address we have on your policy.
