How do I prove my No Claims Bonus?
To prove your NCB, you need an official No Claims Bonus Certificate from your previous insurer. This document should include:

How to obtain the NCB Certificate
When switching to 123 Car Insurance, you need to provide an official No Claims Bonus Certificate from your last insurer. You can obtain this by:

Checking your renewal offer pack – If your policy is due for renewal, your NCB is included in your renewal documents. You can also log in to your My123 portal account to access and print a copy.

Requesting it from your insurer – Most companies issue it automatically at the end of a policy, but you may need to ask for a copy.

Checking your email or post – If your policy has an email address on file, your insurer may have emailed you the document. If not, it may have been posted.

What If My Policy Was Cancelled Mid-Term?
If your policy was cancelled before renewal, 123.ie would have issued you a No Claims Bonus Certificate, provided there was no outstanding balance on the policy.
If you need a new copy, contact Customer Care, and we’ll issue it free of charge. If you’re requesting this by email, you must send the request from the email address associated with your policy.

Once you have your No Claims Bonus Certificate, you can submit it to 123.ie in the following ways:
