How do I view or print my policy documents?
Your policy documents were sent when you purchased or renewed your policy. Depending on your contact preferences, they were either emailed or posted to you.
How to access your documents?

Email delivery - If an email was provided, check your inbox, spam, or junk folder for a message from 123.ie containing your policy documents.

Postal delivery - If no email was provided, your documents were sent by post to your registered address.
How to view or print your documents
To view or print your documents, follow these simple steps:
Retrieve from Email

Open the email from 123.ie and download the attached policy documents.

Print the documents using your printer.
Request Duplicate Copies
If you can’t find your documents, request a free copy:

Make sure to email from the address registered on your policy.
Use the My123 Portal
