How can I pay off my direct debits?

At 123.ie, we offer flexibility in managing your insurance payments. You can pay off your remaining direct debit balance at any time, provided at least two instalments remain.

Steps to Pay Off Your Direct Debit Balance

  1. Contact Customer Care - Call 01 524 6029 to speak with our team.

  2. Provide Payment Details - Have your debit or credit card ready for processing.

Important Considerations

  • Service charge - If you pay off your balance after the first instalment has been collected, the service charge is non-refundable.

  • Partial payments - If you don’t want to pay the full amount, you can make a lump sum payment to reduce future instalments. Our Customer Care team can update your monthly payments accordingly.

How to Manage Your Direct Debit Arrears

If a direct debit payment is missed, you can make a one-time payment online via My123 using a credit or debit card. If an instalment has been returned by your bank, a €15.00 fee applies for each returned payment.

Updating Direct Debit Details

If you need to change your direct debit details (e.g., bank account information or payment date), log in to My123. Please provide as much notice as possible, especially if your next payment is due within 10 days.
