How do I update my direct debit details e.g. payment dates and account details?

You can manage your direct debit settings online in a few quick steps:

1. Log in to My123

Go to My123 and log in to your account.

2. Go to the ‘Payment’ Tab

Once you're in, click on the “Payment” tab at the top of your dashboard.

3. Choose a New Payment Date

Pick a date that works better for your monthly payments.

4. Update Your Bank Account Details

When changing your bank details, double-check the new account:

  1. Accepts direct debits

  2. Is in the name of the policyholder or their spouse/civil partner

Things to Keep in Mind

  • Timing - If your next payment is within 10 days, your update might not apply in time. Try to make changes as early as possible.

  • Bank account rules - Direct debits can only come from accounts in your name (or your spouse/civil partner).

  • Account eligibility - The account must allow direct debit payments to go through.
