-

What happens after reinstatement?
If your policy was suspended for 28 days or more, you’ll get a 75% refund of the premium for the suspension period. This refund will be processed within 5–7 working days of reinstatement.
We’ll also send you a new certificate and disc.
While your policy is suspended
-
Cover is limited to Laid Up, Fire & Theft—this protects your vehicle from fire, theft or attempted theft while off public roads.
-
Direct debit customers must continue payments during the suspension. Any refund due will reduce your future instalments.
-
If you make a claim (including windscreen claims) during or before the suspension, the refund won’t apply.
-
If your policy renewal falls during the suspension, you can:
-
Choose not to renew, ending the cover on the renewal date.
-
Renew and request suspension again—your policy won’t re-suspend automatically.
